Yes. Many of our Waiheke clients manage their properties from Auckland or overseas. We handle all access coordination, report any damage or maintenance issues, and send a photo report after every clean.
Yes. Deck cleaning, outdoor furniture wipe-downs, BBQ cleaning, and outdoor shower cleaning are all available as part of our Waiheke turnovers or as add-ons.
We recommend booking in advance during peak season (December–March, Easter, long weekends). Outside peak season we can often accommodate 24–48 hour notice. For regular holiday home management, we set up a recurring schedule.
