Yes — we arrive fully equipped with everything needed. You don't need to provide a single thing. We bring our own professional-grade products, vacuums, mop heads, and microfibre cloths. Our cloths are laundered after every job so they're never cross-contaminated between properties.
Absolutely. All LCA Services team members are police vetted and fully insured. We take the trust our clients place in us very seriously — every person on our team is screened before working on any property.

Yes. If anything is missed or you're not satisfied with the result, we'll come back and re-clean the relevant areas at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide key or access code instructions and we take care of everything while they're out. We treat every property with the utmost respect and discretion.
Airbnb Cleaning
Yes — this is something we specialise in. We understand the tight turnarounds between Airbnb bookings and can work to your specific check-out and check-in times to ensure the property is always guest-ready on time.
Yes, we offer a linen hire service — hotel-fresh sheets and towels laundered and presented for every guest. Ask us about this when you get in touch for a quote.
In many cases, yes. We have same-day availability for Airbnb turnovers depending on our schedule and your location. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — photo documentation is available on request. This gives you a record of the property's condition after every clean, which can be helpful for Airbnb host documentation.
Yes, we treat mould in wet areas as part of our Airbnb cleans where applicable. Note that mould inside silicone sealant is excluded as this requires re-sealing rather than cleaning.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our end of tenancy cleans are designed specifically to meet the standard expected by landlords and property managers under the NZ Residential Tenancies Act. We cover all the areas that typically cause bond deductions — oven, rangehood, bathroom grout, skirting boards, windows, and more.
Standard carpet vacuuming is included in every end of tenancy clean. Professional carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on — ask us about this when requesting your quote.
Yes — full oven deep cleaning (interior, racks, trays, and glass) is included as standard in our end of tenancy clean. The oven is one of the most common areas flagged during exit inspections, so we make sure it's done thoroughly every time.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks before your move-out date to secure your preferred time. We do have last-minute availability in some cases — contact us and we'll see what we can do.
We cover basic outdoor tasks including sweeping paths, wiping outdoor furniture, and general tidying. Lawn mowing is available as an add-on service — let us know when you request your quote.
Builders Clean
A rough clean covers large debris removal, bulk sweeping, and clearing construction waste. The main clean deep scrubs all surfaces, floors, and fixtures. The final clean is a detail pass — fine dust removal, streak-free glass polishing, and a full walk-through before handover. We offer all three phases.
Yes — paint splatter and overspray removal from glass is included in our builders clean. We use appropriate scrapers and techniques to remove splatter without scratching the glass surface.
Yes. We work with builders, developers, and homeowners on projects of all sizes — from single homes to multi-unit developments. Contact us with details of your project and we'll put together a tailored quote.
Yes — exterior pressure washing of paths, driveways, patios, and external walls is available as part of our builders clean service. Let us know when requesting your quote.

Absolutely. We offer daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning contracts tailored to your premises and budget. Ongoing clients benefit from consistent teams who know your space inside out.

Yes. We use high-quality, commercially appropriate cleaning products that are safe for use around staff, equipment, and sensitive surfaces. We're happy to discuss any specific product requirements your business may have.

Pricing is based on the size of the property, the service type, the current condition, and any extras required. We always provide a clear, itemised quote upfront — no hidden fees or surprises.
We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. Payment details will be confirmed when you book. For ongoing commercial contracts, invoicing arrangements can be discussed.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee. Please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
